Piping hot Upma is a delicious and popular breakfast dish across the country. This flavourful, nutritious dish, made with semolina, is a powerhouse of carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins and minerals, particularly iron, calcium, magnesium, and vitamins A and C.

Instructions :

1.  Boil 3 cups (540ml) of water in a vessel & turn off the gas

2.  Empty the entire content into the vessel

3.  Shut the lid and keep the vessel covered for 5 - 6 minute

4.  Your delicious Upma is ready!
