Poha

Poha is a healthy, nutritious breakfast dish, made with unrefined flattened rice. This popular food item provides a generous dose of carbohydrates, proteins and a multitude of vital minerals and vitamins, particularly iron and vitamins A, B and C. Poha delivers an instant burst of energy and is easily digestible and keeps you full for longer.

Instructions :

1.  Boil 1 1/4th cup (225ml) of water in a vessel & turn of the gas

2.  Empty the entire content into the vessel

3.  Shut the lid and keep the vessel covered for 6 minutes

4.  Your delicious Poha is ready!
